🛑 Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of submission if the work has not yet started.
  
  
• Once a designer or digitizer begins working on your file, cancellation is no longer possible and the full charge will apply.
  
  
• Urgent or rush jobs are non-cancellable once confirmed.
  
  

🧾 Returns / Refunds / Credits

Since our services are digital and customized, we do not offer returns or refunds. However:

• If you are not satisfied with the result, we will provide free revisions until the final output meets your expectations.
  
  
• In case of technical issues with the file (e.g., embroidery file not running properly), we will fix it at no extra cost.
  
  
• In rare cases of complete delivery failure due to our error, a credit may be applied to your account at our discretion.
