Refund Policy
Our goal is to deliver outstanding service, but if you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, our refund policy is applicable under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund in these scenarios:
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same order by mistake, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
Order Cancellation Prior to Processing: If you cancel your order before our team begins work, you will receive a complete refund.
Delivery Delay: If we do not deliver your order within the specified timeframe and you choose not to proceed, you can request a refund.
Quality Concerns: If the artwork delivered does not align with the specifications provided at the time of order, we offer complimentary revisions. If the issue remains unresolved after revisions, we may provide a partial or full refund depending on the severity of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
If the order has been fully completed and accepted by the customer.
If the refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the order delivery date.
If the artwork files have been utilized, printed, or shared after delivery.
If the issue arises from incorrect specifications given by the customer.
3. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund request, please adhere to these steps:

- Our team will assess your request and respond within [1 business day].
- Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7] days and credited back to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Before Processing
Orders can be canceled only before our team commences work on them. If the request is made in a timely manner, a full refund will be issued.
2. Order Cancellation After Processing Begins
If work has already commenced, cancellation requests will be evaluated individually. A partial refund may be granted based on the extent of work completed.
3. Urgent & Express Orders
Express orders that require immediate attention are not eligible for cancellation once work has begun.
Revisions Policy
Rather than issuing refunds, we promote revisions to fulfill your specific requirements. We provide 1-2 complimentary revisions per order. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
